Breath Mastery - Vipassana ,
Breathing is the only companion who stays with us from the start of our journey into this earth to the
final moments of our life.

What looks so simple is the most wonderful solution for all th eporblems in this world.

When when is aware of his breath he would know that, why one behaves in this world is al connected with the way we breathe.

When one is happy he would have a deep breath, and full breath.
When one is depressed he would have a shallow breath.

Well various sects preach to focus on the breath,
the reason is generally not stated.
The breath is the bridge between the body and soul.


Vipassana is the breathing techinque invented In ancient India,
reinstated by Goutama Buddha.

Buddha told, among all the techniques in this world to attain peace and wellness vipassana is the
most effective technique.

Now what is Vipassana ?
Answer is simple - It is the awareness of ones breathing.
What looks so simple is not so simple without practice.
